The proposers will produce and publish a powerful, user-friendly archive on the Internet. It will contain detailed information about all new clips recorded from major European television information programme, from which it will be possible to carry out research, and statistic and qualitative analyses about European news and current affairs. Each clips will have a short, informative description about its content.
